Roadworks in Kingsteignton

image depicting

Temporary traffic restrictions will be in place in Kingsteignton from 16 March to 22 May 2015 as phased roadworks are undertaken.

The traffic control is designed to reduce inconvenience for motorists while South West Water connects Devonshire Homes' new development at Kilnwood into the public sewerage and surface water networks.

Three-way traffic lights will be in use on Teignmouth Road roundabout from 16 March 2015.

Once the three-way traffic lights have been removed from the roundabout, two-way traffic lights will be in use on Vicarage Hill. The exact location of the lights will move as work progresses.

When work on Vicarage Hill has finished, three-way lights will be in use on the Vicarage Hill and Greenhill Way roundabout.

This section of work is due for completion by 8 May 2015.

Two-way traffic lights will then be in use on Greenhill Way from 11 May 2015. Hackney Lane will also be closed during this time, with traffic diverted via Greenhill Way.  This section of work is due for completion by 22 May 2015.
