    1. We will call you back between the hours of 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday or 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. If we cannot get hold of you we will leave a message and send a follow up email if possible. Please note that if you have requested a call back slot which ends within in the next hour, we will try our best to contact you within the specified slot. Where this is not possible we will contact you within 2 hours of your requested time.
