Organisation and Employee Development (O&ED)
Employee development is at the heart of South West Water's HR strategy. We believe that investing in our employees is the key to improving the services we provide - a statement backed up by our 'Investors in People' accreditation.
The O&ED team are responsible for all areas of training, employee development and organisation development within South West Water.
Our training and employee development activities range from on the job skills and knowledge training, to a broad offering of personal development which equips and encourages employees to take on bigger, broader or more specialist roles in the future.
Some of our employee development activities include the Management Development Programme, Graduate Development Programme, Team Leader Training Programme, HNCs and NVQs for operational employees and a variety of individual professional and academic training courses.
